This waterfront family compound located on the north end of the island offers Coconut Ranch, which was newly built in 2008 and consists of a main living villa facing the bay, as well as two separate cottages that house the bedrooms. 

The villa has spectacular views and direct access to the harbor waterfront with a private dock and a wonderful sandy bottom swimming area. The main villa offers sweeping views of the bay and the chance to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the expansive porch and pool. In addition, you have access to the famous Pink Sand Beach of Harbour Island, just a 2-minute walk away, which stretches more than 2.5 miles.

In the villa, you will enjoy an open-plan dining area and the main living room, which features a beautiful stone fireplace at the south end. The villa has French doors along both sides, as well as a cathedral ceiling, allowing the tropical bay breezes to flow through this comfortable living space. A separate chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for all high-end culinary needs. The spacious wrap-around porch on the villa is nicely appointed, allowing for a full range of outdoor living, from reading to sunbathing to dining al fresco. The villa also contains a powder room and a fully-equipped laundry room.

Adjacent to the villa are two separate Cottage houses. One has four spacious bedrooms: two king bedrooms, one with two queen beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has separate entrances off the front porch. The rooms on each end have a lockable connecting door to the adjacent room.

The other cottage has two separate king bedrooms, each with its own entrance from the porch. All the bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathroom with a tub, shower, and outdoor shower to maximize your privacy and comfort during your tropical getaway.

Take a short ride into Dunmore Town for shopping at the Blue Rooster, the Prince Street Gallery, or one of the many local shops. Take a walk down the powder-fine pink sand beach to one of the beach restaurants/bars at The Dunmore, Coral Sands, or Pink Sands Resorts, or wander a little further to Runaway Hill. Wade the flats for bonefish or fish off the dock. No matter how you spend your days in paradise, you will enjoy returning to the peaceful seclusion and luxuries of Coconut Ranch.
